Former Texas Longhorns Assistant Rodney Terry Lands a Head Coaching Gig

According to 580 AM KMJ in Fresno, California, former Texas Longhorns' assistant basketball coach Rodney Terry has been named as the new head coach at Fresno State.

The details of a contract has not been released but university assistant athletic director made the announcement this morning.

There is a press conference scheduled for late Thursday afternoon where Terry will be introduced at the new head coach at Fresno State.

This ends a long search after former head coach, Steve Cleveland, stepped down over a month ago.
